This bread is mouthwatering…crusty on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, loaded with buttery roasted garlic and fresh rosemary. This crusty, delicious bread though? That takes a small amount of planning ahead of time, not much, but enough that you can’t do what I did yesterday, and start frantically searching around for a quick bread recipe for dinner. Lately though, I’ve been trying a lot harder to get things done well ahead of time, like my xmas cards!, and it feels so much better!
